These terms and conditions apply to all transactions with Physio Fusion.
1. Pricing
All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable, unless otherwise stated. Prices may change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price in force at the date of order.
2. Goods and Services Tax (GST)
GST is applied in accordance with the New Zealand Inland Revenue requirements.
3. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges apply to all orders and are shown online as part of the ordering process. Delivery charges cover courier delivery only and do not include unpacking or installation.
4. Payment
Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via:

5. Availability of Products
All products are subject to availability. We aim to supply orders complete; however, if an item is out of stock, we will advise you and supply it as soon as possible. If the item is discontinued and an equivalent item is not available within an acceptable timeframe, we will refund the purchase price. We will seek your consent before supplying an equivalent item.
6. Incorrect Delivery, Non-Delivery, Damage or Defect
If your order is damaged, incorrect, or missing items, you must notify us within 7 working days of receipt. For non-delivery, please notify us within 14 days of order date. Claims outside these timeframes may not be accepted.
7. Return of Goods
No attempt should be made to return goods without prior authorisation. Authorisation must be obtained within 7 days of purchase. The company is under no obligation to accept returns outside these conditions.
Returns for change of mind:

Goods must be unopened, sealed, in original packaging, and in a re-saleable condition

A 15% restocking fee may apply

Returns are at the cost of the customer
This policy does not limit your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 for faulty or defective goods.
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed (less any shipping and restocking fees) to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Refunds for faulty goods under the Consumer Guarantees Act will be processed promptly upon assessment.
9. Product Descriptions
We take care to ensure all illustrations, descriptions, and specifications on our website are accurate. Specifications may change without prior notification. If a substitute product is not suitable, we will provide a full credit or refund.
10. Warranty
All items carry a manufacturer’s warranty, provided the item has been used according to the user instructions.

Warranties cover defects in parts and materials.

Warranties do not cover defects resulting from improper use, operator error, use outside of specifications, or failure to maintain and clean the product as recommended.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.
11. Appointment Cancellations (Clinic Services)
For clinic appointments, cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment time. Missed appointments or late cancellations may incur the full consultation fee.
12. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020. Any personal information collected is securely stored and used only to process orders and provide a personalised shopping and service experience.
We do not sell or swap your personal details with anyone.

14. Force Majeure

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
